granny ali , granny ali let down your hair
here i live, this week.
where i live seems to change on a weekly basis just now.
back at the farm for 7hrs on friday, i felt like a visitor not an inhabitant.
this holiday is good: quality time with the family.
despite the conference calls, 2 hrs of emails a day and stuff that won't wait.
i'm not complaining: i love to work and i'm glad i've got to.
just wish i didn't have to ski down a mountain in the dark for wifi every evening, with walk back because the lifts are shut.
reckon i could live anywhwre in the world if i had a good internet connection and a reliable local airport.
hmmmmm.....

the scary ski locker room in the basement
the lights are on a timer.
if the lights go out when the kids are down there it's time for a freakout.
it kind of feels like there might have been someone imprisoned down here, for a few decades, behind one of these doors.
but we're in france: not austria.

knackered z gets a lift
just before auntie emma knackered herself with a spectacular wipeout during a fast decent on a red slope.
the red slope earning it's name as auntie emma left nice pools of her blood seeping into the snow, when she narrowly avoided a broken nose.
is good we wear helmets.
