started my morning marvelling at the HUGE incompetence from bow howdens who had texted yesterday to say we would have a kitchen delivered by 9am today...to get a call saying the kitchen would NOT be delivered today.

WHY? are people that are shit at their jobs still employed?

if we could fire everyone who can't do their jobs properly we'd all be doing much much better.

everyone at BT would be first to go.

not the best start to the weekend.

spent the rest of the day watching half of 'the hobbit' and sleeping through the other half, with mrs.perou and sons in canterbury.
