a sad day at the office

we found a bunch of confused frogs in a slowly evaporating muddy puddle, guarding frog spawn that was surely destined for a pond

then mr.bunny found a sleeping fox

that was in a sleep it won't wake up from

i LOVE foxes: always have

and i quite like frogs too

Lucy wanted to rescue the spawn and take it somewhere else so tadpoles had a fighting chance in life

apparently she used to steal ~~rescue~~ steal / rehome(?) frogspawn and take it home to hatch frogs

and was surprised i never did.

i DID have one pet frog for a while tho
