the day started going wrong roundabout when the light and stand i ordered online turned up as just a stand

'light not included' which I hadn't noticed in small print next to the photo of a stand with a light on it

during the RErecording of myself talking to camera about the kickstarter project about to launch, the ring doorbell notifications KEPT going off, even after i'd disabled alerts, then shutdown computers until finally I ran downstairs and pulled the battery out

then the trains came thick and fast

then the iPhone to camera wifi kept disconnecting

but i finally managed to record everything

until i realised i hadn't and there had been problem with the radio mic

by the time i came back to RE REshoot, the light had changed and it was getting dark

it took cider for me to calm down.

i'm not used to, and am ill-prepared for, talking to camera without sunglasses / make-up and / or a mask

i am TRYING to be more approachable: to connect with the people i hope will DO the kickstarter

ring alerts and train noises will stay IN
