bad night for sleeping

later than planned to A&E feeling a bit like i didnt need to be there

BUTT

i have a fractured left wrist and a torn tendon in my right shoulder

plenty of bruises

and the ribs hurt the most

been told to wear a wrist splint and a shoulder sling for two weeks

which will make shooting and driving a little difficult

it's a good drying day tho
