then relocated to the woods to chop up trees and murder more rhododendron bushes

quick refresher at el pub

RTK not knowing if we'd won a house, or hadn't

from seemingly fishy goings on

and no way of knowing because the people involved had sloped off for a bank holiday weekend already

leaving James, our property solicitor wondering (again) if his clients were in fact, mental
