merry go round

merry go round

shot this mid fashion shoot yesterday.

many thanks to everyone who mailed support and advice for dealing with retarded security/ wannabe police etc...
really isn't condusive to creating on location.

of course, when i was asked yesterday if i was known to the police i had to say 'yes' not because i've got a crimnial record but because my brother is met police.
and the best advice around is...be very careful not to upset policepersons who are now able to arrest anybody without any further explanation or reason than doing it under the 'terrorism act'.

and yes, i was probably in the wrong yesterday.
permits are soo boring though.
i was especially wrong shooting in picadilly circus without permission...used a tripod too: HA!

daniel cuthbert has made a printable pdf with location information which is very useful.
big props.
available to download here.

today, me and frances have both been printing/scanning/retouching like nutters.
(tired, aching, grumpy nutters)
but it's been worth it (for me at least): the shoots from the weekend are both looking great.
the zoot story is probably the best thing i've ever shot.
definately the best fashion story i've ever done.
so big props the crew from yesterday.

i was amused by this angry letter.
(so i posted it up for your entertainment: it was actually emailed to us).

my commute to and from work is about 5 mins each way.
i wonder how long it'll be after we're forced to move...
today there was an initial hearing regarding all the objections to compulsory purchases for the olympics.

and now, after 15hrs at my desk, i retire for what's left of the evening: about 15mins before sleep sleep.
