this town is coming like a ghost town
the people move out, the police move in.
two policemen actually dared to walk past the perou-factory today.
that's the first time in 6yrs.
then two 'mounted' police (riding horses) passed by.
shocking.
spent the day with simon and the other fella, working on the book.
it seems most likely that not all of the 5267 pics currently online will find their way onto good quality paper.
the maths just don't go: 5267 pictures + a few words ÷ 352 pages = uh, uhrrr...
but i promise it will be full of wholesome goodness.
bizarrely my pictures of william hague weren't up here; they are now.
and, the pictures of empress stah i just shot last week are up now too.
these will not be to everyone's liking: don't click this 'empress stah LINK' if you don't want to see them/her.
i personally think the shots are beautiful.
we all ate sausages, peas and mash with onions and gravy for lunch.
i drank my first (2) cans of cider in two days.
no big cheese.
some of the old dialogue section of the 'old perouinc.com' site might find it's way into this book of ours.
reviewing it today made me realise i prefer there to be one place for ramblings.
sunsequently the guestbook and random flow might become one and the ability to start new threads might go (again).
also, i realise i'm far too giving and i'm planning a return to the old nasty, bitching perou who doesn't answer every 'how do you do... what do you use?' question that i'm asked.
HA!
get your questions in now before i turn.
anyone see the bit in the news today about a 14 yr old girl who was murdered and turned into burgers and kebabs in blackpool?
and how about the picture of john profumo (he of 'scandal') who died today.
