it's good she shuts the shutters these days

the assembling crowds every evening were terrible for social distancing

i loves this lady, this bath, our bathroom

feeling lucky (perou) as usual

despite the backache, the state of the world on meany levels and my inability to fly round the world taking photos it all.

concentrating on what's here and now

as Lucy always says, 'you've got to work with what you've got'

she also came to me with a news story this morning about an 82yr old man who died by cow

and MADE me say to the sons, 'i was wrong, your mother WAS right: cows CAN be dangerous'

i still maintain death-by-cow is unlikely: 18 deaths in 15 years in the UK

BUT yes: she was right, i was wrong
