ardingly antique fair

ardingly antique fair

some of us were wearing masks and social distancing

it WAS mainly outside

we dont usually wear masks outside but felt the need to amongst a larger gathering

got there as it opened but the traders had already traded (with each other) their best pieces before the public got in

mainly overpriced tatt

we were looking for wall-lights, would have had a GIANT Buddha for the back yard if there was one.
might have to return to Thailand when its easy, to get the one we saw there

i am not a Buddhist

have gone completely OFF taxidermy

left empty-handed and hand sanitising on our way

home by lunchtime

to sleep off some opiates

spent the afternoon sugar-soaping distemper of the spiral staircase ceiling (glamour)

then watched excitedly as the LTD edition 21years in hell book sold out in 1hr,  after going on pre-sale

wish we'd had more to sell to disappointed people

but in small numbers they are even more precious
