this morning i had to consider if i had some long-covid weirdness when i could smell overpowering rotten fish while lying in bed

lucy couldn't smell anything (still cant smell anything since she had covid in dec)

i went downstairs to cook breakfast for everyone

z walked into our bedroom and went 'WOOOAH what's that FISH smell??'

then Lucy remembered she gave 9 (our cat) a monkfish skin last night and he was carrying out around the house

he'd left it under our bed

love that cat
