greg came and picked us up and we all took off to 'the house of diehl' christmas party in tribecca.
after seeing roman and mj and all, caught several 'tartinis' and 'red blossom' cocktails at the tribecca grand before heading off to a club in the east village called 'scenic' hosted by 'sophia de la mare'.

not sure what time we left the club in the east village, but thought it would be a good idea to end up at the (bad) strip club called 'the pussycat lounge' just next to the apartment.
it was as greg described (he didn't join us): ropey girls gyrating on a bar, leant against full-length mirrors covered in greasy fingerprints (the mirrors, probably not the girls?).
VERY unsexy, quite amusing...fairly tragic.
had an over-diluted drink and returned to the apartment.
slept till midday and feeling fragile headed out for brunch at 'the coffee shop' in union square.
did a bitta shopping (lucky brand again and baby gap, the food emporium).
another beautiful, sunny day in NY.
thought it could be best spent sleeping off lunch with a siesta: returning to the apartment for a nap.
slept 4pm-10pm
got up for an hour to watch 'real miami cops' and eat some bagels and philiadelphia.
then back to sleep: what a busy saturday.
