scenic NYC
(greg and heather from last night/ friday night?)
this morning, mrs.perou was up at 4am to start her day, and i slept in till 6am.
had breakfast at the cupping rooms after watching an E! channel special on 'richard pryor'.
spent most of the day christmas shopping.
stopped for a champagne lunch at soho house NY.
had to write, 'cheer up it's christmas' through the bit on the bill where one would normally denote how much tip the extremely grumpy waitress should get.
just because people work in an english run venue, shouldn't mean they feel the need to bring people down with her bad attitude.
bah humbug!

finished the christmas shopping by 7pm and exhausted returned to the apartment to pack.
ordered in a pizza from 'lombardis' which we washed down with a bit more champagne.
(strongbow is a hard to find commodity here so had to drink the next best thing).
to sleep by 11pm.
too short a time in NY but we've had fun.
