woke up lazy-style and treated myself to a 'rough luxe' shower then breakfast.
drove back to farm (uncomfortably) burning petrol as the perou mobile's LPG system seems to have fuckered itself.
did not drive to amersham immediately, but considered it.
then mrs.perou suggested a far better idea...so the 'another car issues' are over for a while.
returned home to mrs.perou pondering a somewhat false ceiling in our lobby and what might lie above it.
4 minutes later the ceiling was on the floor and i was texting steve a picture message with the heard before, 'oops, please book the plasterer'.
apparently steve, phil and richard were taking bets on how long it would be before 'hurricane perou' (as i'm now known to mrs.perou) came home and made another hole in the house, once mrs.perou had pondered the ceiling with them earlier.
picked up sons from school as mrs.perou's jeep's steering ball joint has fuckered itself and it's failed the MOT
then dropped ms hood off at train station before an early evening of floor sanding and cider.
