there is no formula

i'm just about keeping up with mr mc kee.

though he's over 30 years older than me, has two replacement knees and a replacement shoulder, stands almost all of the 10hr day (and has no breaks) whilst keeping a class of 200 people entertained.

i'm pounding redbull just to stay awake and focussed on the wisdom he's imparting.
my lazy brain is out of practice.
