packing the perou-mobile for a road-trip discovered a rear offside puncture.
after an hour at timewasters KWIK unFIT found a proper garage that could fit the 22" rims on their machine and fix it.

collected cassie from the lord napier opposite ground zero (the hole that used to be the perou-factory)
at whitechapel got tugged by a WPC whilst sitting in traffic who made me pull over to get a bollocking for over-tinted windows.
unfortunately she didn't know what she was talking about: i had to educate her re the law regarding rear windows being legally black.
she left better educated and even stopped the traffic for us so we could pull out again afterwards.
it was an unusual encounter.
had to hold up traffic on the embankment to shoot the amazing light on the thames, heading west.
so beautiful.
had to rush this shot but i reckon you get the same feel for it.
long, slow motorway drive in fog to sommerset.
dinner in the george inn which was 600 years old and great.
staying in the wookey hole hotel which i had imagined as an old curiosity but was actually a new (7 weeks old) build £4.5m monstrosity with no wifi or phone signal and a corridor that smelled of sick.
