over-consumerism

i'm OVA 2010 already: slightly ahead of schedule.
same as the ten turkeys now hanging in the coach house.

london was offensively full of people buying, buying and buying more for christmas.
people struggling under the weight of bags full of of stuff.
buying shit they don't need or really want.
anything to distract themselves from their pointless lives: HA!

i sadly include myself in this mix:
i'm not pretending my life has any more purpose or point.

spent all day half shopping / half pre-prod on the first shoot of next year for national geographic (the channel not the magazine).

z keeps getting spontaneous nosebleeds and has been waking up in the night with headaches.
i'm worried about him.
