his eyes are starting to cloud over.
mine aren't able to focus on things closer than arm's reach.

i can get glasses.
stratford...

z is ill.
aches and cold shakes.
off his food and super lethargic.
had to cancel pub lunch at the dove in dargate.
hope it's not THE flu.

currently reading 'the bang bang club' which is equally horrible and illuminating.

currently can't stop listening to 'my name is death' by 'glowbug'.

despite being on the wagon i'm super tired for no apparent reason.
had to have a little afternoon ~~power~~ nap myself.
i don't think it's got anything to do with the amount of squats i'm doing daily, conditioning forgotten muscles for skiing next month.
