london taaaan from crystal palace

spent sunday mainly kicking about crystal palace while maximum spent the day kicking about with London Fire Brigade

he definitely had the more entertaining day.

my grandad was a firefighter, in London, during the blitz in the WWII

(my great grandfather was a lollipop man...for our overseas friends: a man who held a giant lollipop out, stopped traffic and helped school kids cross the road...probbaly after he retired...will have to check to see what he did professionally, before)

blank wall ambitions

thinking about doing this to the side of our nice grade II listed, georgian mansion house

i think our medieval market town neighbours would appreciate it: brighten up the place /modernise things

thoughts?

in fact, thinking about it more, i think we should mandate that ALL gnasty, new-builds blighting every surrounding bit of our countryside (fuck you very much prince Charles) should have public art all over them in a town wide celebration of large ART
