DTT with mum-mum and dad-dad for a matinee showing of Gilbert and sullivan's 'HMS pinafore' by the English National Opera at the coliseum.

ALMOST didnt make it: got caught in DUMBASS anti-vax march so had to deposit Lucy, ma and pa, so they could walk (carefully) for half an hour to the opera house

and i had to drive to kings cross for the nearest (distant) carpark and tube back 3 stops

we all arrived as the bell rang for people to take their seats

the powers that be, be making it impossible to drive around London and even harder to park there IF you can afford the congestion charge and ULEZ (ultra low emission zone) charges

the show was GREAT though: laughed a lot and loved the costumes and big choral numbers.
