a happy day in the woods with deer friends, dragon flies, damselflies a swift guest appearance from a kingfisher (which i missed)

signs of badgers, blackberries, sloes and the occasional plop of an acorn falling into the pond

my shoulder is constant pain: all day and night which is aggravating and BORING

i guess i have a torn tendon(?)

an MRI roundabout now would be helpful
