drove to gatwick and picked up my beautiful ex-assistant and retoucher extroadinaire, heather.
she's flown in from dublin to spend a couple of days at t'farm teaching me and frances some hardcore retouching (making mushy digital files look (much) better).
i was late to gatwick because i had to spend half an hour in a petrol station on a 'random' card cheque, 12 hours after i had a 'random' card cheque yesterday.
grrr...
did some more tests on the phase 1 back and have discovered a great new sound an interesting fault that no-one has EVER heard of before.
it's great being so special.
balls.
technology never makes things easier or more enjoyable: there's just more to go wrong.
it's all going back to the flash centre next week.
