spent the morning at the beach.

feel like crap.
and have really aching lower back.
fiona said yesterday that the treatment might bring up some physical 'issues' which would need to be further addressed.
i guess this is all related.

spent the afternoon machining some parts for the carbon fibre spoiler crispin got for his porshe (uncle crispin's 'posh' as z calls it).
and helped fit it.

mrs.perou out at a local hen night tonight.
rugby shirts and heels.
???
times is changing.

so anyway...me and crispin are baby sitting.
crispin's doing fat steaks with peppercorn sauce and potatoe dauphinaise...mmmmmm....
