my 2x quad core mac pro arrived.

the sun is shining.
opened the blinds in the office, unusually.
letting rays of light blast through cobwebs, before sucking them up the vacuum.
i'd forgotten how beautiful it is to look past the computer screens and into the orchard which today was full of rabbits bouncing around.
my office is more window than wall: 15 windows to 4 walls.
i prefer to work in the dark.
maybe i miss old school darkrooms?
can't watch tv work with sunlight on the screens or with mad reflections though.
cleared through a huge pile of deliberately forgotten paperwork.
spring cleaned, then schemed.
my dad is 72 today.
which has made me imagine what i'll be doing when / if i get to be his age.
btw. i'll be doing my best to persuade student photographers to do something else with their lives, next weds 26th may at the london college of fashion.
i don't know if it's an invite only affair.
but this is expected to be my only talking in public for the foreseeable future.
