SAD light
i held out for as long as i could (obviously the trip to california helped) but the S.A.D light's now on in my office.
unfortunately, i spend a fair amount of time retouching and i find that easier to do in semi-darkness.
can't see a thing when the SAD lights on...but hey: i feel better about the world and everyone in it when it is.
today, my favourite lady, mrs.perou, let me sleep in till 10am.
spent the morning tripping through various short but extremely detailed dreams.
haven't ventured outside at all today.
in fact, i've spent the day almost exclusively in my study: the temporary siting of my office until my new office is ready (in about 3-4 months at a guess).
my new office will at least be dry soon: our master thatcher is coming to repair the squirrel damage.
next stage will be to put some glass in the window frames and some F'awf security on the doors.
there's so much to do just now, i'm feeling intimidated standing at the foot of it all, looking up and going, 'buggr!'.
just have to keep chipping away at what has to be done or nothing gets done at all.
