oblivion with bells

oblivion with bells

i WAS going to post a much more pleasing picture of my AAA pass from underworld's gig at the roundhouse (thanks daddy).
but then i realised i could be enabling the dissemination of counterfeit backstage passes halfway through the tour.
which would be bad.

the picture on it is a classic (yes, one of mine) and will find itself here soon along with some others from our last 'session'.

after a parents' day visit to maximum's school (he's double creative but slightly under average on his 3 R's) i DTT to rendezvous with crispin and sara for dinner at the camden brasserie.

crispin has an i-phone.
unlocking it and syncing things seems to be a little tricky.
i'm glad he can road test his for me before i get me own.

good to see UW this tour round, finally.
sadly arrived late so didn't get to see them b4 the show.

check out underworld's daily updates HERE.
i do.
and check them out in person for the next two nights at the camden roundhouse for good aural times.

their new (excellent) album 'oblivion with bells' is out NOW.

two way traffic

two way traffic

was supposed to be staying in a hotel overnight but decided to neck a redbull and party back to t'farm.
my car stereo goes (much) louder than the PA at the roundhouse.
i don't have noise restrictions in place though.

left london at 11pm...in bed by 1am.
tried to avoid a 'beautiful burnout'.

picked up a late message from mr.floyd to check andrew hetherington's blog.
kind words received with thanks from the land with not enough sunshine.

check out andrew's great works HERE.

the internet is a wonderful thing.
respect back: see you in NY next month, i hope.
