the panasonic automatic breadmaker SD-254 truly is a remarkable machine, capable of delivering AMAZING loaves of carefully baked goodness.
i have been addicted to fresh baked bread for as long as i can remember.
i regularly eat a whole loaf a day.
living in the middle of nowhere has made this reasonably awkward but now, thanks to mrs.perou's mum's christmas present to us, we can bake our own bread really easily and it's better than that which i've been driving 11 mile round trips (and wasting 30 mins of life) for.
loaf #1 was the simplest quick mix.
mrs.perou knocked it out while i was sleeping in after being up all night with the gnarly cold.
further experiementation and documentation of our '1 loaf at a time' baking adventures will follow.
how exciting.
