not sure how i've done it

but i'm kind of ill.

started feeling sick mid historically ridiculous 'robin hood' in tiny lynton cinema last night.

woke up feeling the same.
wobbly, with headche and nauseous.

clearly 'russell crowe's fault.

i am trying to recover in time for a last night on the beach BBQ which neato and family are joining us for.

then
the long drive home tomorrow...
