got to miami airport to be told our flight had been cancelled.

i'm now in belize.
if miami air was like that in a sauna, belize air is like that in baker's oven.
next step up is 'KILN'

our driver was not at the airport to meet us.

in a taxi on the way to our hotel we stopped for a police roadblock.
the driver said it was to do with the dead girl who was found nearby yesterday.

he also said belize is amidst the worst violent crime wave, ever...
