not as advertised

could have been an embarrassing misunderstanding at the airport souvenir shoppe.

left beautiful belize and flew ALL day and night back to blighty.

american customs were extremely UNhelpful especially as we were in transit and not even leaving the airport at miami.

american airlines were appalling.
i'm unlikely to ever fly with them again, unless they are the only option.
