super weird to be back in my old stomping ground.
so much has changed but it all feels the same.
memories came flooding back.
i think some of my happiest days were when we were living in hackney wick.

caught a quick pint and sandwich at the royal inn on the park with james (singleton) our friend and property solicitor.
relocated slightly further east for an industrial property viewing.
this warehouse that i've been desperate to see inside and make an offer on for the last month or two.
now i am VERY confused.
it's not quite right but with some planning permission and a little building work it could be.
maybe?
the location is perfect.

DROP OFF POINT
had dinner with che and deliberated over stolen fire evacuation point floor plans from the warehouse.
returned to a jazzy hotel in the docklands, stopping outside the warehouse again for a late night, 'stand-outside-the-building-and-ponder' moment or two.
big shoot tomorrow at the savoy hotel (note i am not staying there)
head still spinning.
