z on his way to a fetish club

z on his way to a fetish club

up ALL night again: head spinning.

got up at 2.30am
tweeted / facebooked a little with fellow awakees and returned to bed to watch the latest episode of appropriately mind-numbing, 'falling skies' on an ipad with headphones.

last night i had relocated myself to another bedroom but mrs.perou said she preferred me in the same bed even if i wasn't asleep and was interupting her's.

took the Z to his BMX'ing practice.

later in life, i'm sure he will make me pay for this photo.
although he doesn't read it yet, z is aware of this diary and where pictures i take end up: i had promised this shot was just 'head and shoulders: to see the body armour'
maybe even later in life, he'll be happy i bothered.

he's wearing my wellies, over the knee.

miranda is down for the weekend.

maximum went to his first surf school with his friend joel.
mrs.perou, miranda and joel's mum jo got to sit on a beach in the SUN :o and watch the sons learning beach-cool skills.

me, z and mr. bunny drove south to my homeland: mum-mum and dad-dad's place in newick, east sussex.

it's hard to explain how much i love newick.
i would live there tomorrow and forever if mrs.perou would let us.

i love where i live now
i love london and new york
but newick really IS the heartland.
i still want to be buried in the churchyard there when i croak.

mum-mum was singing in the choir for lydia ray's wedding.

she called to say hurry to the church as it was a 1066 motorcycle chapter enfused wedding.
80 harley davidsons there, leaving in convoy.
i don't really like harleys: rubbish, fat bikes...but it was quite spectacular.
mr.bunny was initially scared with the noise but quickly fine.

z had never seen a cricket match before so we walked into the rec to see one.
bumped into some old school /scouts friends.
john wood and tim (can't remember his surname: oops)
it has probably been 25years since i saw them last.

mr.bunny met some other dogs.

we watched some kids on the ramps, doing tricks on mini-wheeled scooters.
when i was a kid there were no ramps there: just a newt pond.
i'm not sure which is more fun: trying to catch a newt or learning how to ride up and down a ramp.

RTF in time for dinner.
