woke to a ~~figgy~~ foggy morning in st.ives (cornwall)

met sheila hancock and her family for a happy, little photo shoot (on the beach, in the rain)

my spanish lady friend

traveled back from st.ives to far east kent. 380ish miles from one side of england to the other.

passed slowly through fields totally underwater with dramatic brown water rapids gushing down from the hills.
was a little concerning.
VERY happy the trains were still running

6hrs on the train and 2hrs in the mini-peroumobile.

on the train on the way back, i got a text from mrs.perou saying she'd been by ambulance to A&E with z, after a BMX related accident and a suspected spleen problem.

fortunately he has been given the all clear: bruised but fine.
