HUGE THANKYOUS and a big shout out to all the heroes that turned up to the bow bombsite today and ripped it's guts out.

amazingly we've done 3/4's of the strip out of studio one.
filled two 12 yard skips: one full of just plasterboard.
to anyone who was sad to miss this epic day 1, we will be doing this again on tuesday next week

AND big thanks to mick who came and fitted the temporary service board so we can get a meter soon.
the new bit is what mick fixed and the old bit (that's now covered) is the bit i shouldn't have been touching the other day.
i am now seizing up.
off for a hot bath then an ice pack and some nurofen to round off my night.
