amusing billboards

love seeing me pictures on billboards.
these are currently smothering london.
this actual snap was shot at midday (today) although it kinda looks like it was shot at night (?).

there is a chance i might go and take some pictures at a couple of muse's live shows.
they gotta be good to get me out taking pictures of a gig.

the muse pictures we did in milan (from which this is taken) will appear here soon as they've appeared elsewhere.

today, me and the frances went to check on a location we're shooting at tomorrow.
i got into a minor altercation with a white van man on the way there.

spent the afternoon back at the factory photographing a model who was an american dress size zero (uk dress size 4) from hungary.
the irony of which did not escape me.
when she turned sideways, she was almost not there.

i will discuss this shoot after it has published very soon.
i cannot before.

after the shoot, my new best friend (our conveyancing solicitor) and his wife (who is also a solicitor) and his 18m old daughter (who is not a solicitor...yet, at least) came round to witness us signing all the relevant forms regarding our exchanging on the farm/factory.

we did not exchange yesterday, of course.
or today.
i found that photographing myself walking towards the LDA with a chainsaw was adequate therapy then.
and have since had assurances from a senior employee of the LDA that we WILL definately exchange on friday aka tomorrow.
i, in turn have given my assurances to the vendors of the farm that this WILL happen.
if it doesn't...someone else will be having to take the pictures as i'll be busy with the sawing of government officials limbs etc...

i get VERY upset about small things (like losing my keys or mrs.perou hiding my clothes (after she's washed them) or the rattle in the r32 today) but generally, 'big things' ie. major problems, i can deal with.
and i have remained pretty calm about this whole LDA/CPO thing.
that will change if tomorrow's deadlines are not met.
i promise.

after the solicitors visit, i booted into islington to see ben mcmahon's (not relation to my agent) graduate show.
and booted back again.
to write this.
eat dinner.
and kill mosquitos (who i hate almost as much as traffic wardens).

my mum and dad went to a tea party at buckingham palace today.
but they weren't allowed to take phones or cameras.
and had to take passports and other forms of ID.
i asked my dad to remember me to elizabeth.
we met back in 1981(?) when i was a kid: she came to visit the south of england show.
