the bounce of the castle

packed up early and took off for the east kent coast.

drove past our soon-home-to-be on the way to joss bay (nr. broadstairs).

we were sitting on sand by 10am.

had a great morning and picnic lunch on the beach before heading back to the smoke to watch england vs portugal.

my brother's wife is portuguese so they're both cheering for 'the other side'.

they say it's more fun supporting portugal anyway because they play dirty...

what a beautiful day: summer is here for sure.
