WHAAM
this morning, drove us through the blackwall tunnel: 8 miles away from home before remembering i'd forgotten something and had to return and start again.
drove down to canterbury to meet mr. and mrs.white (who had the farm before the current vendors and who still own the land around the farm).
mr.white's family had lived in the house for over 100 years: he spent his whole life there.
it was very good to meet them and to find out a load of history about our new (old) home.
mr.white reminded me of spike milligan.
stopped in a gnarly pub for a gnarly pub lunch (i had stupidly forgotten my good pub guide 2005) and now i feel ill.
more packing and putting things in boxes.
and my nokia e61 arrived...not sure i like it.
