today i overcame one of my fears.

also let a large, shiny, black scorpion walk around my shoulder: it was scratchy.

a long day in london.

4.5hrs being driven in cars.

i've got a headache and i feel sick.

live tv tomorrow: live elimination at 8.30pm on ch.5

i have a feeling i know which way it's going to go...but we're not in charge so it could be a surprise for all.
