peacocks aren't just socialable, they're either stupid or very vain.

ruby and hamilton daily spend about 3 hours each looking at themselves in the chrome of the perou-mobile.
i still can't decide if they are checking themselves out or if they think they've got a new friend.

considering the size of a peafowl's brain, it's probably the latter.

i didn't sleep last night because i was up worrying about this 125 story i'm working on.
it's easily the most complicated, involved shoot i've ever done.

the production's more like something to do with a feature film.
many people involved.
many shoots.

hoopla.

have had to cancel my intended holiday away with the family (they will still go but without me) so i can hit the deadline as the magazine goes to press.
cancelled this morning's unrelated meeting

and tomorrow's too.

have been putting together a year book of just 2007 old school styley: pritt stick and prints in a scrapbook.
MASSIVE
but also really exciting.
have decided that on top of the book me and che have been putting together (which is HUGE) that i'm also going to publish yearbooks every year.

more as that becomes definite.

and in other news, today i overtook the same retired policeman in a speed camera van that testified against me in court last week.
i saw the look of recognition on his face as i went past him.
i didn't have time to wave 'hello' i was too busy putting on my seatbelt.
