barcelona stinks
up feeling a little jaded.
not helped by barcelona smelling SO bad.
found something that i hate (smelling) more than magic trees in taxis: ultra BO infused, smelly taxi drivers.
no point in getting out to get another taxi as the smelly driver syndrome seems to be common here.
just...hold...your...breath...
then opening the door of a stinky taxi more than once i was hit full in the face by the blast of sun-warmed, raw sewage.
3rd world european city.
regardless.
theirry henry was early for our shoot!
and proved he has a good memory by shouting 'stratford stratford' (who had been on a shoot we did some years ago).
had a good, long shoot.
then crew and clients retired to a fantastic seafood restaurant called, ''el cangrejo loco' (the crazy crab) and binged ourselves on incredible calamari, cod salt balls, monkfish, asparagus and the like...
REALLY good food.
with a view straight out to sun setting over the sea: bliss.
twas a long dinner, with a necessary break between the multiple starters and main course.
another good day at work and play.
