z LOVES harry (from his nursery) but unfortunately wasn't at home (he was at leeds castle again with mrs.perou and maximum) when harry and his dad, max came by to discuss stables and horses.
we're considering turning 4 acres into a place were horses (max's horses) can live.
in return for some $'s on a monthly basis.
currently there's rape growing there (as we peppercorn rent a field to a local farmer) but having horses would be 5x more $'s to us and a 'nicer' use of land.
we MIGHT even get a horse of our own.

in the family's absence, i painted some of the kitchen and spent the rest of the day (5hrs) turning the overgrown grass everywhere into a neatly trimmed grass everywhere except the paddock and by the pool.
a beautiful day.
very sad i can't jump in the pool to cool off now.
£4500 and 11 days before it'll be back in operation.
