secret 2 revealed
so on friday i was driving past an old hospital (that my dad used to work in) which is being demolished and turned into barrett homes (AAAaaarghhhh).
i was just in time to see a mechanical arm about to strip out the huge, old theatre lighting of a room without a wall, three floors up.
these things can't happen.
i had a little conversation with the guys there and today they called me to come back to the site.
this evening i return to farm with the entire lamp (and arm) ready for a little restoration.
the casing's a little battered (i'm planning to get a panel beater to sort it out) and it needs rewiring.
today, had lunch with monica (picture editor of sunday times magazine) at shoreditch house.
which was lovely.
was amused arriving when another picture editor client seeing me there wondered 'who are you shooting perou?'
'no-one: i'm having lunch' (as usual)
seam bream stuffed with lemon and thyme again: mmmmm.
alexa cheung was being photographed.
i didn't say hello.
i'm not sure she'd remember me.
i myself, went onto the press offices of mulberry and photographed 'johnathan kelsey'.
scampi and rice for dinner, to be eaten in front of the telly!
it's back.
