we're in la rosiere.
1850 meters higher than the perou farm

considering it's just over the pond, and only an hour's flight from gatwick, i was surprised it took 9hrs to get here.

kids are KNACKERED
(3hrs were spent driving to, then up this mountain).

stunning countryside here.
auntie emmma's teaching us all to ski.

i know it's 'cooler' to board but auntie emma's a ski instructor AND ali and emma were kind enough to treat us to this holiday so here we are.
and loving it so far...

not only do i get wifi and a jukebox full of 80's and 90's 'classics' in the nearest bar but i also get magners cider.
could be perfect
(currently listening to 'moving on up' by m people)

magners costs £10 a pint though
