have spent a LONG day mastering the art of sausage (making).

i WISH i'd bought an electric mincer instead of the manual mincer that i did buy.
the mincing has been the most exhausting part of the process.

took a short break to help max snr move some stable frames round to paddock.

and to collect some logs.
