IQ
caught a plane back to gatwick at 6.30am this morning.
unpleasantly tired.
watched the 1971 movie, 'vanishing point' on the way which was great.
picked up an IQ from canterbury toyota and DTT for a pre PPM re: the virgin holidays commercial i'm directing next week.
the IQ is a really fun, nippy car round town and on the motorway it feels like a much bigger car, cruising happily in the fast lane at cough cough mph.
but i don't reckon it does enough mpg.
i think it does an average of twice as many miles to the gallon as the perou mobile (maybe more) but then the trucck runs on lpg which costs half as much as petrol...so it costs the same...or maybe i save £10-15 per return trip.
if the car costs £15,000, i'd have to do 1000 return trips to cover the savings in fuel (instead of just keeping the truck).
hmmm...
i was even choosing custom rims too.
