in our ~~high tech ikea~~ kitchen.

yeah yeah: we didn't come here to look at pork style body parts, i know.
but look at ~~phil's~~ those chops...

i was too busy to shoot: rubbing curing salt into large chunks of pig (for bacon).

a very wet, dark day at the farm.
which i have spent hiding in the office, retouching, printing and scheming the next two weeks 'work'.

tomorrow we're doing the last sausages for the year.
the pigs are done (for).
the pictures of pig and pork related imagery will stop today.
