munsters
this is actually what we look like.
new work from maximum.
i was up at 6am again.
seems to be a force of habit now.
mrs.perou called to say she was stuck in a field, in her jeep and how should she go about getting out?
she'd been to godstone farm and had been told to park in a flooded marsh because she was driving a 4x4.
hmm...
decided to walk to my first meeting at mens vogue.
50 blocks.
icy-NYC.
just as i arrived, nice and chilled, 'they' called to postpone the meeting.
walked over to B&H (mental photo hyper-market) and at one of 62 checkouts (in the camera dept alone) got another battery for the h2d and resisted a 50mm lens for $3500.
meeting 2 cancelled.
had meetings 3 and 4 at ad agencies.
discovered 'newmans own' "hermits": mmmmmmm.
dropped in at greg at 'radar magazine'.
caught a cab to brooklyn.
catching up with agents for donna's birthday.
quite a sedate affair...seems these young americans don't know how to party.
i barely remember my 26th...thankfully there's (video) documentary proof somewhere...
i know it was in our warehouse, there were 500 people in fancy dress, it went for days, lives were changed, perceptions were altered, i was wearing my old sainsburys uniform and a wig (i was still going when the party had stopped)...and the police shut us down.
good times.
left brooklyn knackered at midnight.
looking forward to another mini marathon round manhattan tomorrow
