because i push back
drove to chiswick early, round the m25 and up the a3.
accompanied by sleepy ms.hood.
got the front driver's side wheel bearing switched on the perou-mobile which has cured the nasty drone.
andy said it was the most knackered bearing he'd ever seen (of course).
ensconced myself into the corner of chiswick high road house (a members' club that's part of the SH empire) and had delicious breakfast while answering emails and ftp'ing reebok images to where they needed to be.
before returning to farm.
i'm kind of enjoying this recent casual approach to work/working: as me and the frances arrived at the squash court yesterday a client called with the offer of a great job next week.
and today, while i've been messing around eating breakfast and sorting out my car another 2 good jobs have come in.
HA!
i should try less, more often.
when i got back to the farm, there was a bottle of 1999 dom perignon waiting for me with best wishes from Bravo for good work on MMASM.
(at least somebody appreciates my televisual performance: hahaha)
the sons were not amused by harold lloyd's classic 'safety last'.
but i loved it.
