death death death until the sun cries morning

delivered sons to schools then continued to 'agricare' in dunkirk.
a new wonderland full of farm related accoutrements.
their catalogue is agricultural supplier, farm hardware porn.

i was surprised to find dunkirk down the road from our place: i thought it was in france?

i bought a new top link, 5ltrs of 15/40, some rat poison, 5ltrs of 80/90 gear oil, a 643 battery for the massey and ordered new (safer) guards for the back wheels and a stabilising bar.

spent several hours worrying that i had lost emma (my sister in law's) house keys.
mrs.perou was kind enough to help me look for them.

when i had finally decided they were lost for good, i called emma and sheepishly said, 'i'm really sorry: i've lost your house keys'.
but i hadn't...
mrs.perou's mum took them and returned them to emma and told mrs.perou...which mrs.perou had forgotten: aaaaaarghhh!

still haven't finished my book pitch.
messed about with that for a while.

got depressed talking to steve ('our' decorator/friend/site project manager) about how he has work booked in till christmas.
i have work booked in till thursday...and a few things floating around, as usual.

it's raining.
which is good for the grass
but it seems, not so good for my mood.

maybe it's just a chemical imbalance: there's probably not enough cider to blood in the mix.

i am becoming increasingly concerned about the possibility of my emails either not getting to people OR people's emails not getting back to me OR worse maybe people are just not getting back to me.

maybe this is karma because i am VERY bad at answering people's emails.
but, if people ask me a direct question i usually answer.

for sure, i'm in a strange mood.
doesn't help having to watch your step around the farm: for all the dead baby birds who have thrown themselves out their nests.
these two were right outside my office door.

matt lucas from this weekend's saturday times is up HERE
this in my humble opinion, was a GOOD shoot.
