went to see a house in brede, east sussex that was too far away from (london)town.
stopped and saw another en route home which was too small.
did a web search that was slightly different to the ones i normally run, to find a house, and found a DREAM house.
PERFECT: for sale, in budget (just), surrounded by amazing schools and countryside, 55 miles from hackney wick.
i called the estate agents who said, 'funny you should be calling about that property as we've literally JUST accepted an offer on it'.
AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....etc.
so i'm actually planning on guzumping the poor sods who's offer's been accepted and i will justify this with some logic about how i'm getting shafted by the olympics too.
this is all dependent on if the estate agents can be pushed or failing that if i can identify the property itself and make a personal visit.
bidding war.
as the property's at the top of our budget anyway, we can only up the bid a teeny amount i guess.
not much of a war: more of a bitch fight.
i f***ing hate all this house bulls**t: what a waste of valuable life.

if i'm leaving this magical place, i need another to go to...
